Because these reservations depend on actual airline and reservation system availability, every detail such as the exact airline, flight, connection, document format, or how long a temporary reservation remains active cannot always be chosen or customized. Where a preference is important, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it, but availability ultimately determines what can be issued.
By ordering, you are asking us to provide a suitable travel documentation solution based on the service selected. We will always aim to provide the best available option and assist where reasonably possible.

DummyFares.com does not sell fully paid airline tickets unless this is specifically stated as a separate service.
A Flight Itinerary is a travel documentation service showing passenger details, flight information, route, and travel dates.
It is intended for situations where a flight itinerary or intended travel plan is required for visa or travel documentation purposes.
A Flight Itinerary is not sold as an online airline verifiable reservation and does not guarantee that the booking can be retrieved through an airline website.
Once a Flight Itinerary has been prepared and delivered, the digital service is considered completed.
A Verifiable Flight Reservation is a temporary airline reservation that includes a live PNR or booking reference capable of being checked through the applicable airline or reservation system while the reservation remains active.
A Verifiable Flight Reservation is not a fully paid or ticketed airline ticket.
It may appear in the airline system using terms such as:

There is no fixed or guaranteed validity period for a temporary Verifiable Flight Reservation.
Validity is controlled by the airline’s reservation system and may vary depending on factors including:
Some reservations remain active longer than others.
DummyFares.com cannot guarantee that a reservation will remain active for 7 days, 14 days, 20 days, or any other fixed period.
We may provide scheduled delivery options so customers can receive their reservation closer to the date it is needed and obtain the best possible validity available at that time.
Temporary reservations naturally expire.
A Verifiable Flight Reservation that was active and verifiable when issued may later become inactive or disappear from the airline’s website after the airline’s reservation period ends.
A later expiry does not mean that the reservation was invalid when originally issued.
A reservation expiring after successful issuance and delivery is not considered a failure of the DummyFares.com service.
Visa applications may take several days or weeks to process, while temporary flight reservations may remain active for a much shorter period.
Temporary reservations are not designed to remain continuously active throughout an entire visa processing period.
This is part of the nature of temporary flight reservations and is one of the reasons these services are used as an alternative to purchasing a fully paid airline ticket before a visa decision.
If you specifically require a reservation that must remain continuously active for an extended period, we recommend purchasing a fully refundable airline ticket directly from an airline.

Our Flight Itinerary and Verifiable Flight Reservation services are alternatives to purchasing a fully paid airline ticket.
Temporary reservations normally do not include an issued e ticket number because the full airfare has not been paid and ticketed.
If an embassy, airline, immigration authority, or other organization specifically requires:

Not every airline, route, or flight supports temporary or online verifiable reservations.
Availability for a temporary reservation can be different from availability for a normal fully paid ticket.
Where the customer’s selected airline, flight, or routing cannot be issued for the service purchased, DummyFares.com may provide the closest suitable available alternative based on:

We will always make reasonable efforts to follow the requested itinerary, but exact flight availability cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed before issuance.
Some low cost airlines and certain airline booking systems do not support the type of temporary reservation required for online PNR verification.
If a selected airline cannot support a Verifiable Flight Reservation, we may need to use another suitable airline that supports online verification.
This does not constitute a service failure where a suitable alternative reservation has been provided.
Some itineraries may involve codeshare flights.
A codeshare means that one airline may market or sell a flight while another airline operates the aircraft.
Because of this, an itinerary may show:

Reservation documents vary depending on the airline, route, booking system, or reservation platform used.
The document may be generated in an airline format, reservation system format, or GDS related format.

For Flight Itineraries, customers may review the representative sample displayed on our website before ordering.
For Verifiable Flight Reservations, the format depends on the airline or reservation system available for that booking.
Personal preference regarding layout, design, wording, or appearance is not considered a service failure where the purchased service has otherwise been correctly delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete booking information, including where applicable:

Because a Flight Itinerary is a documentation service rather than a live airline reservation, reasonable corrections or changes may be possible in many cases.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if a correction is required.
Whether a change can be completed depends on the nature of the request.
Once a Verifiable Flight Reservation has been issued, it usually cannot simply be edited.
Changes to any of the following may require a completely new reservation:
Where a new reservation is required, a new service fee may apply because a new booking must be created.
If a minor correction can be made without creating a completely new reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Passengers generally cannot be added to an already issued Verifiable Flight Reservation.
If multiple travelers need to appear together on the same flights or itinerary, they should be included in the same booking before issuance whenever possible.
A new reservation may be required if additional passengers are requested afterward.
Delivery times depend on the service and delivery option selected during checkout.
Flight Itineraries may be delivered instantly or shortly after successful booking.
Verifiable Flight Reservations may require additional processing depending on:
Where scheduled delivery is available, customers may select a later delivery date to receive the reservation closer to their visa appointment or document submission date.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the selected delivery window.
All applicable service fees must be paid before the reservation is processed unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be processed through third party payment providers made available during checkout.

An order is considered successfully paid only when our payment system confirms successful payment.
A Flight Itinerary is a digital service.
Once the itinerary has been prepared and delivered, the service is considered completed and is non refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically provided under our Refund Policy.
A customer later deciding that they require online airline verification does not make the Flight Itinerary defective.
Where available, customers may be offered the option to upgrade to a Verifiable Flight Reservation by paying the applicable price difference.
A Verifiable Flight Reservation is generally non refundable once the reservation has been successfully issued and delivered.
A refund or replacement may be considered where the reservation cannot be verified at the time it is initially delivered, provided the customer contacts us promptly and gives us a reasonable opportunity to investigate or provide a replacement.

For a Flight Itinerary, the service is considered fulfilled when the requested itinerary document has been prepared and delivered.
For a Verifiable Flight Reservation, the service is considered fulfilled when a temporary reservation with a valid live PNR has been successfully created and delivered according to the service purchased.
The airline may subsequently expire or cancel a temporary reservation according to its own reservation rules.
DummyFares.com services are intended for legitimate visa, travel documentation, onward travel, planning, and related documentation purposes.
Our Flight Itineraries and Verifiable Flight Reservations are not fully paid tickets and cannot themselves be used to board a flight.
Customers must not intentionally misrepresent a temporary reservation as a fully paid or ticketed airline ticket where a fully paid ticket is specifically required.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the service purchased is suitable for their intended use.
DummyFares.com guarantees only the service that is specifically described and purchased.
We do not guarantee any result that depends on a third party.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website, airline systems, reservation platforms, payment services, or third party systems will always be uninterrupted or error free.
Temporary technical interruptions may occasionally occur.
All content on DummyFares.com, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, software, website design, and original written material, is owned by or licensed to DummyFares.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DummyFares.com provides its services on an “as available” basis.
We make no guarantee regarding matters outside our direct control, including airline system availability, visa decisions, immigration decisions, or third party requirements.
