By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Service Description & Intended Use

  • DummyFares.com provides genuine, non-ticketing flight and hotel reservations designed exclusively for visa applications (e.g., Schengen visa) and proof of onward travel documentation.
  • The Standard Reservation and Verifiable Reservation options are generated using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to produce itineraries with valid PNRs. However, these PNRs are not confirmed airline tickets and will expire after a set period (typically 24 hours to 7 days, depending on the option purchased).
  • Crucial Restriction: Our services are strictly for documentation purposes only. They are not valid for travel. You must NOT attempt to check in, board a flight, or use our dummy tickets as actual travel documents. Any misuse is strictly at the user's risk.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval or success in immigration processes. We are not liable for any consequences arising from visa denial, rejection, or changes in embassy/consulate requirements.

2. Booking, Payment, and User Obligations

  • Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete passenger information (name, passport details, itinerary dates) during the booking process. Errors in user input leading to unusable documents are not eligible for a refund.
  • Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of reservation using our secure payment processors. Upon successful payment, the dummy reservation document will be delivered to the email or messaging service you provided.
  • Service Fees: You agree to pay the displayed service fee for the creation and delivery of the dummy reservation.

3. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

  • No Refunds After Issuance: Due to the instant, digital nature of the service, all sales are final and non-refundable once the PNR or reservation is issued and delivered.
  • Exceptions: Refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver a valid reservation document within the stated delivery timeframe (e.g., 5 minutes) or if the delivered PNR is provably invalid immediately upon receipt.
  • Amendments: Minor amendments (e.g., name correction) may be possible for an additional service fee, provided the underlying reservation has not expired. New dates or destinations require a new booking and full payment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on DummyFares.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DummyFares.com and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any portion of the website content or design without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • AS IS BASIS: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DummyFares.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the service for any purpose.
  • We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We do not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DummyFares.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of visa opportunity, loss of revenue, or loss of data) arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our services.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
